Dwayne C. Cobham
educator, Artist, and mentor in New York City
I know many ways to teach and have experience working with learners of all ages.
I focus on nurturing creativity and cooperation, helping students guard their attention, communicate effectively, and ask the right questions.
For over forty years, teaching and creativity have been the rhythm behind everything I do—like a steady beat that guides improvisation, discovery, and connection. From the fast-paced world of graphic design to the vibrant energy of the STEAM classroom, I’ve found joy in sparking curiosity and inspiring young minds.
Whether I’m guiding small hands through a science experiment, sketching a lesson plan, or finding inspiration while biking through New York City, my passion for learning and sharing remains constant.
Teaching is where I’ve found my true purpose—witnessing those moments of understanding, building student confidence, and contributing to a community that fosters growth.
In this dynamic and collaborative environment, both students and educators thrive—and I’m grateful to be a part of it.
